MMBS recently completed one of the largest single repair and lease schemes in the state and this site was one of Waterford’s most prominent derelict city centre sites.

 

MMBS were entrusted to renovate this iconic building (which has been a part of Waterford backdrop since 1800s) into 51 one & two bedroom apartments and 20 new build houses.

This project involved extensive demolition and renovation within the existing protected structure to accommodate the new 51 A rated units, which provided valuable housing older persons in their local community.

 

The project also consisted of 20 A rated new buildings in addition to extensive site development works.
