Michael Murphy Building Services was awarded the contract for a 2000 sq. ft extension to the rear of Waterpark National School, which entailed a new single classroom extension, new sanitary facilities, and resource room on first floor with associated site works including piling. The works consisted of extensive specialist groundworks and piling, demolition, construction, and M&E works. MMBS had numerous changes to deal with, given that it was a live school environment. The completed works were successfully delivered on time and budget to client.
