We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Hat Maker Boutique Hotel, a unique development that transformed an existing mixed-use commercial/residential building into a boutique hotel of character & quality.

The project involved, demolition works, upgrading & reconfiguration of the existing structure to accommodate 3 no guest bedrooms across the 1st,2nd & 3rd floors, with a reception area at the ground level, new extension stepped 2,3 and 4 storey extension to the rear, containing 13 additional bedrooms and ancillary hotel services.  To finish the Fit out – delivered in close collaboration with the client and their interior team to create a distinctive boutique experience.
